a benefit gala for
the Catholic education foundation
10.29.22
This year's Gaudeamus chairs are Jake and Ashley Rieke and Kyle and Nicole Hill.
Together, they will help us recognize our founding leaders and celebrate the tremendous impact CEF scholarships have had on our students, schools and communities.
The Catholic Education Foundation’s Gaudeamus benefit gala has been the backbone of scholarship funding for low-income K-12 Catholic school students in northeast Kansas for 20 years.
This year's event will provide the majority of the annual funds needed for CEF’s traditional, tuition-assistance scholarships. CEF provides support to more than 1,700 students in 27 schools throughout the Archdiocese of Kansas City in Kansas.
Sponsorship OpportunitiesEvery year, CEF honors a member of our community for their dedication to Catholic education.
As we celebrate 25 years of CEF helping our students and schools succeed, we're honoring the vision of our founding leaders and the impact CEF has made on our students, students and communities. Join us as we continue the vision of this dedicated group of Catholic leaders at this year's Gaudeamus gala.
“It’s people like me who went through a tough time and didn’t know what else they were going to do, who want to keep their kids in a private school and have that Catholic education. The scholarships changed our life.”
This year’s Angels Among Us award recipients are Catholic School teachers in the Archdiocese of Kansas City in KS. In celebration of their heroic impact during the 2020-’21 school year, we sat down with teachers across the Archdiocese to hear their perspective on this vocation that’s so vital to the CEF mission.
Mark your calendar for next year’s Gaudeamus benefit gala on Saturday, October 29th, 2022 at the Overland Park Convention Center.
Plan to join us as we celebrate the 25th anniversary of the Catholic Education Foundation!
